Welcome to Coldtree Bingo, available at https://coldtreebingo.com (the “Website” or “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Website, its remote viewing features, and related services.
By accessing or using the Service, registering for the Service, or participating through the Service, the user agrees to these Terms and attests that he or she is at least 18 years of age. If the user does not agree to these Terms or is not at least 18 years of age, the Service should not be used.
1. Provider
The Service is provided by COLDTREE FOUNDATION INC., Pennsylvania License Number 2366, with game operations located at 544 East Cumberland Street, Lebanon, PA 17042 (“Coldtree Bingo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Nature of the Service
Coldtree Bingo may provide remote video, audio, informational displays, account access, notifications, chat, or related technology that allows users to observe or follow bingo activity taking place at the physical bingo hall.
The remote Service is provided solely for convenience and entertainment. It is not a substitute for the official conduct of bingo at the hall, compliance with hall procedures, or the official records maintained by the hall.
3. Official Game Play and Proxy Devices
ALL BINGO GAME PLAY, CALLS, VERIFICATION, PRIZES, AND OUTCOMES ARE CONDUCTED AND DETERMINED AT THE PHYSICAL BINGO HALL.
For users who purchase an eligible package, game results are determined at the hall through the use of proxy devices or other authorized equipment that represent the package purchased by the player. The official game outcome is based on the play occurring at the hall through those proxy devices and the hall’s official records, and not on what appears on a user’s remote device.
The bingo hall, its authorized personnel, and its official records control all matters relating to game play, winner verification, prize determination, and payouts. The hall’s determination is final and binding, subject only to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
4. Remote Viewing Is Unofficial
Remote video, audio, caller information, notifications, chat, scoreboards, player interfaces, and other online displays are unofficial, may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate, and are provided only as a convenience feature.
Game play is not determined based on whether a remote player has, or does not have, an internet connection, a working device, sufficient bandwidth, or uninterrupted access to the Website. A loss of internet connectivity, electrical service, device function, browser access, or streaming availability does not affect the official conduct of the game at the hall or the validity of the game results determined there.
No player may rely solely on remote content to establish a called number, game status, winning pattern, prize amount, or right to claim a prize.
5. Hall Rules Control
Participation in any bingo game remains subject to the rules, procedures, package requirements, eligibility rules, house rules, and applicable gaming laws governing the physical bingo hall.
If these Terms conflict with a bingo hall rule, game procedure, or requirement of applicable law, the applicable law and the official hall rules and procedures control.
6. No Reliance on Remote Access for Outcome
Use of the Website does not by itself entitle a person to participate in a game, win a prize, or make a claim. Except to the extent expressly permitted by the hall and applicable law, the Website does not itself determine game results, create a winning claim, or alter the official play conducted at the hall.
A player’s inability to log in, load the video feed, hear the caller, receive a notification, or maintain an internet connection will not invalidate a game, delay a game, change the player’s package, or affect the hall’s official determination of any result.
7. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
Users may access the Service only if legally permitted to do so and only in compliance with these Terms, the hall’s rules, and applicable law. By signing up for the Service, using the Website, or participating through the Service, each user represents and attests that he or she is at least 18 years of age.
Users agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent identity, age, location, eligibility, or authority
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Copy, record, rebroadcast, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Service content without written permission
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, impersonate, or interfere with others
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technology without permission
- Attempt to use remote content to challenge, alter, or determine an official bingo outcome
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for violation of these Terms, hall rules, or applicable law.
8. Availability and Technical Issues
The Service depends on internet connectivity, devices, software, networks, browsers, and third-party services that are not fully under the control of Coldtree Bingo. Uninterrupted, secure, synchronized, and error-free availability is not guaranteed.
The Service may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Coldtree Bingo is not responsible for missed viewing, delayed streaming, interrupted access, or similar technical issues affecting remote observation of the game.
9. Accounts and Security
If accounts are offered, the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity occurring under the account.
Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly to info@coldtree.com. Access may be suspended while identity or account activity is reviewed.
10. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including software, logos, graphics, video, text, designs, and related materials, are owned by or licensed to Coldtree Bingo and are protected by applicable law.
Use of the Service grants only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for its intended non-commercial purpose.

12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be revised, updated, or modified from time to time in Coldtree Bingo’s discretion. It is the responsibility of each player and user to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.
Continued use of the Website or Service after revised Terms are posted constitutes the user’s continued acceptance of those revised Terms and any subsequent changes.
13. Disputes and Management Review
Any dispute, complaint, or question regarding game play, a game result, winner verification, prize determination, package representation by proxy device, or related operational issue must be brought promptly to the attention of Coldtree Bingo management.
Management will review the matter and render a decision based on the hall’s official records, procedures, and applicable rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, that decision will be final and binding upon all parties.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLDTREE BINGO DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COLDTREE BINGO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT REMOTE VIDEO, AUDIO, STREAMING, DISPLAYED GAME INFORMATION, OR OTHER WEBSITE CONTENT WILL BE TIMELY, COMPLETE, OR SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE ANY GAME RESULT.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLDTREE BINGO, THE BINGO HALL, THE LICENSED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
THIS INCLUDES CLAIMS ARISING FROM STREAMING DELAYS, INTERNET OUTAGES, DEVICE FAILURES, MISSED REMOTE NOTIFICATIONS, INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT REMOTE DISPLAYS, OR A USER’S INABILITY TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE, NONE OF WHICH AFFECT THE OFFICIAL GAME PLAY AND RESULTS DETERMINED AT THE HALL.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable bingo hall rules and procedures, constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the Service.
